  1. Our experienced staff picks up your rug from your home or office.
  2. Every rug is carefully inspected and photographed.
  3. Your rug is power vacuumed and dusted.
  4. Your rug is hand cleaned on both sides.
  5. The fringes are washed separately by hand.
  6. Your rug is dried under controlled temperature and humidity.
  7. After cleaning, repairs and special services are performed.
  8. Your rug is then detailed.
  9. Your rug is re-inspected before wrapping.
  10. We deliver your rug back to your home or office.

  • Our customer service team will contact you the day ahead, with a 2-hour window of arrival time.
  • Our staff will wear protective masks and shoe covers. We will carefully move your furniture and safely remove your rugs and dispose of old padding if requested.
  • The rugs are brought back and checked at our store and cleaning facility.
  • After inspection, we will contact you to discuss the rugs and your order.
  • Once your order is completed, we will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

In combination with our rug cleaning process, which removes the natural buildup of dirt and grime, our stain removal service removes pet odors, stains, and spills. Our deodorization treatment and enzyme bath treat the more serious issues, and we also offer several treatments to protect your rugs from future damage.

Staining issues are identified when your rugs are checked in. A Rug Care team member will contact you with recommendations. Unfortunately, some stains may have been caused an irreversible chemical reaction permanently altering the original dyes.
